Service Description

Your first Children's Expressive Therapy session helps our counsellor to gain the information he/she needs to effectively help you and your child throughout the rest of your time in counselling.


Booking Policy

At Bright Life Family Centre, we are committed to offering professional, compassionate care to individuals, couples, families, and children. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone who books with us, the following terms apply to all bookings made through our online system or via direct links: *All quoted in USD* ◈ Booking Requirements All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking platform or by direct link provided by your assigned practitioner or support team. Clients will be able to view available appointment slots and select a time that best suits their needs. For therapeutic services involving minors, bookings must be completed by a parent, guardian, or authorised sponsor. ◈ Payment Policy All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of scheduling. We accept credit and debit card payments only via our secure online system. A 5% transaction fee is applied to all bookings and invoices to cover processing costs. We do not accept cash, bank transfers, PayPal, or other offline payment methods. ◈ Confidentiality & Consent All client sessions, communications, and records are treated as strictly confidential and are handled in accordance with professional counselling ethics, privacy legislation, and legal obligations. This includes, but is not limited to: Protecting your personal and health information Using secure platforms for all online communication and data storage Maintaining your privacy except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, child protection, court order) By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and provide informed consent to engage in our services, including those delivered virtually or in hybrid formats. ◈ Subscriptions & Memberships All payments for subscriptions, memberships, or program enrolments are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the included services and content until the end of your current billing period. Access will expire at the end of that paid term unless renewed. ◈ Cancellations & Rescheduling For all cancelled appointments, regardless of how much notice is given, 50% of the session fee will be retained. Missed appointments are subject to the same 50% retention policy. Subscription and membership payments are non-refundable (see above). Clients may reschedule booked sessions using the online booking platform or by contacting our team at least 24 hours in advance.
